Following the first edition, dedicated to Stefano Rosso, on Sunday 30 September from 10 to 18.30 an excellent selection of guitarists-songwriters is performing at Cremona Musica for the second edition of Corde & Voci d'Autore. The event is made by a contest and a live show. From 10 to 13.30 six emerging artists will be the protagonists of a contest: Carlo Valente, Chiara Effe, Manuela Pellegatta, Stefano Marelli, Chiara Ragnini and Veronica Marchi. Six artists that have won contests, recorded CDs, and have an intense concert activity. A jury, composed of music journalists and insiders will award the winner an acoustic guitar by Taylor, partner of the event.

The artists will exhibit on the Live Stage 2 of the Acoustic Guitar Village, in Cremona Musica International Exhibitions and Festival, the most important fair for high-quality instruments in Europe, making the list of the events even richer. Cremona Musica is also hosting the greatest Italian and international lutherie and instrument-making brands.

After the contest, in the afternoon, the live show will start, hosting many famous guitarists-songwriters: the popular Mirkoeilcane, wonder of Sanremo and Musicultura, Andrea Tarquini, two times finalist of Targhe Tenco, Luigi "Grechi" De Gregori, brother of the famous Francesco and songwriter coming from Folkstudio, Andrea Rivera, author, songwriter, and humorist, whose presence is making the line-up even more various, and Marco Pandolfi.

This is the line-up with which the Acoustic Guitar Village aims to revamp an artistic tradition that in Italy seems to be losing sheen, while all around the world is in a great shape. A tradition that wrote important pages of the history of music.

This is the second edition of the contest and show "Corde & Voci d'Autore" in Cremona Musica's Acoustic Guitar Village. The aim is always to combine the played music with the best songwriting. In the latest edition, the lineup included Max Manfredi, Federico Sirianni, Claudio Sanfilippo, Liana Marino, Andrea Labanca and many more.

The events are coordinated by Andrea Tarquini and Francesco Lucarelli, with the collaboration of the artistic adviser of the Acoustic Guitar Village, Alessio Ambrosi.
